Al-Imdaad Foundation teams are responding to the flood situation in Ladysmith

A week of heavy rainfall has led to flooding across the CBD in the KwaZulu-Natal town of Ladysmith. On Sunday 17th January 2022, the Klip River burst its banks leading to extensive flooding and forcing the evacuation of residents in low lying areas of the town. Al-Imdaad Foundation has been assisting with evacuations and rescues, providing basic needs for displaced families and supplying water in areas where supply has been affected. Further assistance will be provided to the worst affected going forward. DONATE NOW. KEEP LADYSMITH AFLOAT
